All 5 bedrooms are located upstairs, the five bedrooms can accommodate 12 guests in style. The master has a large en-suite with spa bath and a king size bed with views over the reserve. The second bedroom also has an en-suite and King size bed. There are 3 more bedrooms with a variety of bunks and singles with two of them able to convert to an extra 2 king rooms. Another 3 bathrooms, two on the top level and 1 on the ground floor. The open style kitchen overlooks the large dining area. There is a cosy window seat along side the lounge area that has an open fireplace.

A games room that has a pool table/table tennis table, TV and extra seating.  There is a large entry point with access to drying room and laundry.
